"Chillen"

On AIM, people use a lot of abbreviations and misspellings to speak faster. Some people have a problem with this. Some people are annoyed by these techno-speaking people because they think that they are trying to be cool and whatnot. Unfortunately for them, tonight I realized that maybe these different spellings just make more sense to some people. For instance, the word "chillin" has been seen being spelled by many people as "chillen". A typo? Perhaps, but I see no mistake in it. I believe some people see chillen as the right way to spell the word. And since they're typing the word in a non-formal setting, shouldn't they have complete control over how they express themselves? The answer is yes and if you think differently, you are wrong.
